Below, you can find two consulting projects I had the opportunity to work on.
This project’s main objective was to compare the PRINCE2 and Agile models of ING’s current business structure in the Netherlands, identifying which model better suits ING and why.
For this, my team and I conducted extensive desk research into ING’s current use of these models, such as which departments followed which model, identifying what works well, the rooms for improvement and gaps in productivity. Furthermore, we conducted an extensive stakeholder and risk analysis of the ING departments in question, enabling us to better compare the two models and propose an attainable solution.
After presenting in front of our class and ING representatives, our group was selected to be one of five groups to further showcase our solution at the ING offices in Amsterdam.

The main objective of this project was to explore JeansCentre’s optimisation possibilities when it came to their brick-and-mortar stores in the Netherlands.
For this, we conducted an extensive market analysis, identifying JeansCentre’s main competitors and their most recent practices in the Netherlands. Furthermore, we conducted a comprehensive financial, risk and stakeholder analysis of JeansCentre’s organisational structure, taking a deeper look into individual store locations and their characteristics. Based on this data, we presented JeansCentre with our final conclusions, incl. location-specific optimisation possibilities for individual stores.
